What a morning!! I had time this morning and went back to Hi Lonesome Prairie this morning in hopes of getting some pictures of American pipits I had seen last week but wasn't sure of a positive ID until I saw Alex Marine had a flock there on the 20th. After watching the pipits work in the burn unit awhile, I continued west along Hi Lonesome Road and saw a bird land on the fence and bob its tail in typical phoebe fashion. A better look showed its pink flanks!! It was the Say's phoebe first reported by Veronica Mecko last Saturday (11/16). I was able to get two photos, and they are attached to the checklist.
