Greetings
We just finished another great week. 20 out of the 24 hot spots identified were visited and a report was submitted. Of the four not done 2 needed a boat and the other 2 were on the edges of the county so maybe next year for them.
Next week which is a slightly longer week of 9 days, we have a slightly smaller list of 20 including one in red that will complete the bar chart for that location:
Nov 22-30
E 2nd St. & D Ave
Agua Hedionda Creek
Kitchen Creek Rd.--creek crossing
Kitchen Creek Rd.--near I-8
Kitchen Creek Rd.--Pacific Crest Trail pullout
Laguna Mtns.--Desert View Picnic Grounds
Laguna Mtns.--Los Huecos Rd.
Lake San Marcos
Lake Sutherland
Los Cielos Preserve
Lower Otay Reservoir - north arm
Manzano & El Arbol riparian
Mount Acadia Park
Mt. Helix Park
Navajo Canyon Open Space
Oak Riparian Park
San Luis Rey River Park--Bonsall Area
Scripps Coastal Reserve - Interpretive Trail
Walker Preserve Trail--Riverford Rd to Channel Rd
YMCA - Camp Surf
So if you get tired of football or your relatives that might be visiting maybe you will find a spot on this list in your area and consider visiting and doing a report.
Have a great week
