Although the beak size seems a bit larger than I would expect for a kinglet, the telling characteristic (according to “Identify Yourself”) is that there is a black patch behind the lower wing bar. Hutton’s does not have that. That is always what I look for if I am confused. Having lighter feet than the legs, tending towards yellowish, is also consistent, but that is not the case with the Hutton’s. After that, I listen for the old fashioned typewriter key chatter of the kinglet. I always know that Fall is here when I hear old typewriters in the forest. :-)
