Raptor Observations: Bald Eagle - 6
Many thanks to Brian Butler for conducting today's count. Also thanks to Phil Rodriguez for his efforts today. Per Brian Butler: A comfortable but S-L-O-W day on the ridge. Even Phil couldn't pick any more raptors for us ! Group of 5 Bald Eagles flying lazy circles overhead. None of these eagles were counted today. Bird of the Day selection goes to the feisty Raven that chased a local Redtail down ridge and than all the way back up ridge until they were out of sight providing most of the entire day's action.
