Weather: Windy weather with heavy cloud cover in the morning that turned to blue skies in the afternoon. High was 14C.
Raptor Observations: Migrating eagles: 10-11A: one immature golden 11-12PM: two adult balds 12-1PM: one adult bald 1-2PM: one adult and one 4th year bald, one immature golden
Local raptors: 3 turkey vultures, 2 red-tailed hawks, 5 bald eagles (mix of adults and juveniles)
