Visitors 27 Weather: Clear skies, temp 11-16C, gusty NNW,N wind 10-16mph, visb 20km Raptor Observations: A few Turkey Vultures, an Osprey, 9 Bald Eagles, a Harrier, several Sharp-shinned and Cooper's Hawks, a couple of Red-tailed, a Kestrel and a Merlin. A Short-eared Owl flew low below the platform and disappeared into the dunes. It was not added to the count since it did not go south. It was not seen again. Non-raptor Observations: White-winged Scoter, Dunlin, White Ibis (34), Brown Pelican, Red-breasted Nuthatch, Cedar Waxwing.
