South Windsor: Station 43 (from Newberry Rd) 11/4/24. I went to look for the Sanderling that's been seen there. Did not see it, but was not able to spend much time because someone started shooting too close by. Bad idea to go there right now except Sunday - with hunting allowed on the adjoining property. I managed to quick scan about 9 American Coot & 10 Wood Duck before the birds & I fled. -- *Patrice Favreau* *Ellington*
