On this day in Pack history... "2011: The day after a historic blizzard that left 1-2 feet of snow in the region, Official counter Ken Klapper, Julie Brown, Phil Brown, and Katrina Fenton hiked the mountain for the last official day of the season, catching a nice flight of 44 Red-tailed Hawks. The snow at the top of the mountain was level with the top of the picnic tables." ======================================================================== Report submitted by Caroline Fegley (<cgfegley...>) Pack Monadnock Raptor Migration Observatory information may be found at: www.harriscenter.org
